46. gün ve REVO Gelmedi :((

Bugün Revo yola çıkalı 46 gün oldu ama halen gelmedi. Tower'a durumu yazdım bakalım ne olacak ...

Dear Tower Customer,

Thank you for writing Tower Hobbies. A trace on your package has
proved unsuccessful. We apologize for the inconvenience. We can issue
a refund for the order or send a replacement. Please note that if your
lost order was shipping to an International destination and you wish to
have a replacement, we must ship the replacement to an address in the
United States. The other option would be for you to pay the Federal
Express charges to have your package delivered to your country. Please
let us know as soon as possible if you would like a replacement or
refund. Please be advised that future orders can only be shipped to an
address in the United States or via Federal Express to an International
address. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to ship your orders via
United States Post Office to an International address. Please note that
there is a $25.00 deposit which is not the cost of the shipping, this is
the fee paid for us to find the cost of the shipment which will be
considerably more. This deposit must be paid up front on a credit card
and is refunded if you opt to use Federal Exps and is not refunded if
you chose to cancel the order. If you choose a FedEx replacement, please
be aware that FedEx international shipping is only available on in stock
merchandise. A refund will be issued for any merchandise not in stock at
our central warehouse location at the time we issue the replacement
order. Please submit future orders via fax or email and request FedEx
shipping at the time you place your order. Failure to do so will result

ben ilk defa bayramdan once sipariş vermiştim 10. gun eve gelmiş ki ben tatildeydim :),
yanlız dikkat edin ki int. air secenegini secmeniz menfaatinize.
arkasım normal posta ile sipairşi verdigi için 6 haftanın dolmasını beklemek zorunda kaldı gelmeyen siparişi için. 3. aya giriyoruz hala siparişini alamadı.

bunlarda işin cılkını çıkarttılar bu ara sipariş vericem belki yani beklersem 5 hafta uğraşırsam die düşünmüorum

arkadaşlar her zaman havayolunu seçin biraz pahalı oluyor ama geliyor kargonuz....

Her zaman hava yolu ile sipariş veriyorum zaten ...
Yinede olan oldu işte. Adamlar bi daha USPS ile yollamayız, yenisini istiyorsanız FedEx ile yollarız ve kargoyu ödersiniz diyolar ...

Çarşamba günü yani Aralık ayının 15. günü REVO geldi. Tam 2 ay 4 gün yani toplam 65 günde geldi araç. Daha önce yanında gelen parçalar gelmiş ve fatura onun içinde çıkmıştı dolayısı ile vergileride ödemiştim. Gümrükteki adamlarda durumu bildiklerinden yeni mevzuata girmesin diye koliyi eski tarihli çıkış yapıp sadece 2 milyon koli ücreti alarak verdiler aracı. Bundan sonra böle alamazsın beyanname vereceksiniz dediler.

peki fectus tower'dan gelen yazı da paketin kaybolduğu onaylanıyor . Sen bu adamlardan yenisini mi göndermelerini istedin yoksa ücreti kredi kartına iade etmelerini mi? Eğer kredi kartına geri etmelerini seçtiysen parayı iade ettikten sonra mı paket sana ulaştı??
